Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of our web app and APIs available at topfloortrends.com, including our mobile progressive web app (PWA), AI clip generator, analytics dashboards, and any future updates or add-ons (collectively, the "Services"). This Agreement takes effect when you click "Sign Up" or first connect your social or music accounts.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• You must not be barred by any sanctions imposed by OFAC or UK authorities.

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Safeguard your login credentials.
• Enable two-factor authentication (recommended).
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

By linking platforms (Google/YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Reddit, Spotify, Apple Music, Google Ads), you authorize Topfloor Trends to:

• Automate content uploads.
• Provide analytics and insights.
• Execute growth-related actions.

Topfloor Trends automates growth for creators via four funnels:

  IRL Streamer Funnel

  Generates auto-clips, facilitates chat raids, and tracks follower growth.

• 2

  YouTuber Funnel

  Automates SEO optimization, Shorts creation, and engagement analytics.

• 3

  Artist Funnel

  Provides playlist pitching tools, promo-clip creation, and a beta royalty dashboard.

• 4

  Producer Funnel

  Facilitates sync licensing and publishing deal submissions, tracks upload allowances, and manages revenue sharing for accepted tracks.

AI-generated content may require your review before publication.

• Free 14-day trial, followed by subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency).
• Payment processed securely via Stripe.
• Monthly auto-renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• No partial refunds except as legally required.

You retain full ownership of your original content (streams, videos, music). By using Topfloor Trends, you grant us a worldwide, revocable, royalty-free license to process, transform, and repost your content solely to deliver the Services.

You agree not to:

• Post infringing, hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt our APIs.
• Violate third-party platform policies (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.).

We respect intellectual property rights. Submit DMCA takedown requests and counter-notices via copyright@topfloortrends.com.

Topfloor Trends integrates with external platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or disruptions from these services.

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee specific growth results. All performance metrics are estimates only.

Our liability to you will not exceed the total fees you paid over the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold TopFloor Trends harmless from any claims arising from your content or breach of these Terms.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access tokens will be deleted within 24 hours. Sections relating to Fees, Intellectual Property, Warranty Disclaimers, Liability, and Dispute Resolution survive termination.

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
• Disputes resolved first through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes proceed to binding arbitration under LCIA rules in London, in English.
• EU consumers retain mandatory local rights.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you 30 days in advance of material changes via email or in-app notices. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
